Designer for a Day: We Design, You Execute

includes 10 hours of design time from consult to package delivery starting at $995

So you’re at the point where you understand why you should hire a Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer and the value they can bring to your project. You are looking ahead at your project and thinking, “If I could just get someone to envision the whole thing and give me a plan for what to do, I think I could get this done myself.” It sounds like you’re in the right place to hire a designer for a day. This package doesn’t mean we deliver a design in 24 hours….it means you get to partner with a designer for a day, where you can pick their brain while they prepare to create a truly unique design for you. Then, they go back and create that space for you, hand it over to you and you run with it. This is great for organized and motivated individuals who like to manage projects, but who want to partner with a designer to create the vision and a plan. The ideal size project for this package is one room or area of your home.

It all starts with a phone call to talk about your project. Once we determine that this package is a good fit for you, we will send you a proposal and go from there.

Here’s how it works:

We schedule the consultation

In this phase we will require you to fill out a detailed questionnaire to the best of your ability before our meeting. We will collect a nominal fee of $95 that will be applied to the proposal and is non-refundable in the event you choose to not move forward.
We do the in-home consultation

We will go over the questionnaire you have filled out and complete any missing information that may be necessary to begin the design process. We do a walk-through of the space you want to be designed and take relevant measurements. This meeting generally will take about an hour and we will leave equipped with all of the information needed to create a design concept for you. At this meeting half of the proposal agreed upon will be collected.
We plan and present the design

After the in-home consultation, we will plan out the space and create a design based on the information collected from both the questionnaire and the in-person meeting. We then get to work designing and sourcing any recommended products and/or materials associated with the design. This process will generally take up to 2 weeks after the in-home consultation..
The final stage is to make sure you love it and we deliver the roadmap to you

After the presentation meeting, we take into account all the feedback received and make necessary adjustments to deliver you a full digital package. Final payment is due prior to the release of the design. The package includes:

- Detailed floor plans and elevations to assist necessary subcontractors on what has been specified

- Beautiful renderings so you can envision the space and share will all your friends

- Material and or product suggestions

- Optional construction, plumbing, and electrical plans if required and agreed upon in the proposal

Optional add-ons for in-person cabinet installation review, electrical rough and plumbing rough can be scheduled with each trade incurring a $95 trip fee for each (depending on the location of the project)
